Working with domestic clients and landlords, we offer a full range of building surveys including Level 2 Homebuyer Reports & Level 3 Building Surveys, providing a tailored service for each client.

Suitable for conventional houses or apartments, built from common building materials and in reasonable condition.
Suitable for large, older or run-down properties, buildings that have been significantly altered or if you’re planning major works.
We provide clients with project management services from the inception of a project, through procurement, delivery and handover. Acting as employers agent, we manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of a project as well as cost control given clients peace of mind their project is being delivered to the highest quality standards.
